2022 UN BIODIVERSITY CONFERENCE / COP15

With only three months to go before the event, TKNL was mandated to organize the COP15 - UN Biodiversity Conference, the biggest United Nations environmental conference ever. 12,000 delegates from 196 countries converged towards the Palais des congrès de Montréal, which became international territory for the occasion.

A team of 250 was involved for over three weeks to make this event a success through high-level logistics and flexibility: 5200 simultaneous translation receivers, 42 rooms translated in 7 languages by 50 translators and 32 rooms in bidirectional webcast for 475 sessions total, all that with last-minute changes in the schedule and room configurations. It was well worth it: customers surveyed gave the very high-security event a satisfaction rating of 96%.
