GARDEN OF ODDNESS

This temporary exhibition aimed at families with young children brings technology and the miracle of life together in a lush greenhouse of the Jardin botanique de Montréal. Visitors armed with RFID keycards interact with various stations, triggering playful sound effects, steampunk decor elements, and an awe-inspiring fog organ.

Digital stations quiz visitors on their knowledge, with one of them even asking them to associate odours with various plants. At the end of the visit, they are given the chance to create their own strange digital plant to compete with the ones they’ve encountered along the way.
